Well Andrea introduced herself, part of the interview was in Spanish and part in English, we talked about my experience and my expectations both in terms of work and salary. Andrea also described the hiring process to me.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
