It was pretty good. The process consisted of two parts - a written test followed by an interview if you cleared the cutoff on the test. The test itself had two parts - problem solving skills and knowledge of mechanical engineering subject.

Discussion of my CV. The interviewers reviewed every project that I had on my CV focusing the questions on the technical aspects of my CV. I was asked questions on heat transfer and mechanical design.

Online application, Technical interview followed by HR interview. Most of the time candidates fly to Pune to attend the in-person interview and it is reimbursed by the company. Stay is also provided in the hostel and the process takes place quickly in about 2 days.
