Had a lovely chat with the initial telephone stage, The interviewer was interested in me as a person not just my skills and experience. However thats where it ended. I was told it would be a week to hear back and after chases and promises i withdrew my application after 6 weeks. Only after I withdrew did they finally hear that I wasn't successful. It was a awful experience. They dont care about the applicants at all
