Applied online via the BHGE careers portal and then heard back the next working day with an invite to a telephone interview. The interview itself only lasted around 10 minutes as the recruiter said it would and they said I'd hear back by the end of the week.
Didn't hear back by the end of the week unfortunately and when I contacted the recruiter for further information he said he'd chase it up. It's been a month and a week now since then and no update nor any update on the careers portal.. frustrating, especially as many people seem to enjoy working there.
Multi-step interview process with front line supervisor, manager, and human resources talent acquisition. Phone interview followed by face to face interviews. After receiving offer, drug test and background check were processed.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Baker Hughes
Interview
1st interview was with Human Resources, then 2 separate panel interviews with multiple employees after. The interviews seemed to go well. I made two inquiries with the recruiter that set up the interviews with no response. I also never got a rejection email and hiring manager also never reached out.
