I had an interview with two gentlemen on campus and they offered me two weeks later. There is also an attached video interview as well. Overall, it was a pretty easy process.

The interview was very comfortable. They look for strong basics and willingness to learn and adapt. Intern position doesn't guarantee a PPO, their recruitment has come down. They expect a candidate with good analytical and critical thinking.
