poi passano a chiedere di descrivere un progetto universitario che avevo inserito nel CV in quanto coerente con l'azienda.
Da lì è seguita una domanda tecnica di aerodinamica, banalmente profilo alare investito da un flusso e forze in gioco.
Poi passano all'inglese e chiedono di hobby/esperienze fuori dall'università.
Poi ultima parte relativa a qualche domanda psico-attitudinale, esempio "parlaci di un momento in cui hai avuto difficoltà e come ti sei comportato"
Mi hanno poi dato un riscontro positivo sul colloquio e mi hanno inserito come profilo da tenere in considerazioni per mie eventuali future candidature.

The first interview was a pre-recorded video interview where I answered a set of questions within a time limit. The instructions were clear, and the platform was easy to use. The questions focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role. Overall, the process was straightforward and well organized, and it allowed me to present my qualifications effectively.
Consist of Hirevue interview and User Interview. Both discuse about behavioral and a little bit technical question related to CV. You can browse on YouTube for Hirevue practice and user intv somehow tricky because you don't know why still failed.
