Submitted application online. Got an email wanting to do a video interview. Read off a question the answered on video. No interactions with anyone. Then a few days later got a call to do an in person interview. Met with 2 guys and they did a lot of typical hr questions. Asked about safety and productivity and explained the pay structure on how it's an hourly but there is a bonus structure that allows you to make 40k a year with working 5 day weeks 50-55 hrs a week.

You apply online. They then called me to set up an interview within twenty-four hours. Before the scheduled interview I had to do record myself answering questions through their website.
