Interview
I think it varies by team. My team is ~5 people in the Chicago office (2-3 are actually dedicated to the office, the others are either in WI or MI offices). My interviews were mostly done over the phone (3 phone interviews - recruiter in DC, manager, and then a lead) and one face-to-face over coffee (two other consultants).

Question 1
I found the questions to be pretty standard. The recruiter covered the behavioral stuff ('tell me about a time when...') and the team I met with convered the technical abilities/'walk me through your resume' type questions. It was informal, comfortable and I didn't feel pressured.
My only advice is to come prepared with a lot of questions - especailly if your interview is long. I typically come to an interview with 5-10 questions, but I was strugglig to fill time with that many. I would be prepared to ask about 20-30 minutes of questions, to be safe.

Interview
I applied online through their website and was contacted to interview for them, first a standard HR interview asking basic questions and second an interview with a current consultant to get a better understanding of the job and the roles it entailed. After the second interview I never heard back from them and was ghosted despite efforts to contact them. Honestly disgusting behavior from company which is regarded as "nationally recognized" and "connects with their clients". Seems as if a candidate is completely disposable once they see no use in them.

Interview
The interview from the university recruiting program. We had one phone interview, one screening with a consultant, and one final round office interview with 3 separate people and lunch. They were primarily testing to see your ability to fit in the culture more so than your knowledge with any of the software.

1st round on campus where I had 2 back to back interviews, 2nd round at their offices where I had 2 more back to back interviews. Unfortunately, they do take their time getting back to you. Be patient, it's worth the wait.
