Interview
First interview was an introduction and demo of the product which is great. Then interview with manager, a very nice guy. Assignment +presentation with Head of tech and another developer and an architecture discussion with the manager afterwards. Process ended with a meeting with management. A few follow ups with HR and a quick process were appreciated.

Interview
The initial interview with the Recruiter Manager involves basic questions and an overview of the current project to assess the candidate's interest. Salary discussions were initiated, with an agreement to potentially increase it based on a senior-level assessment after the final round. (*Years of experience were not specified in the job description).
On-site interviews,
The last interview is scheduled for a half-day with 3 rounds on site, a PO project demo, an Algorithm test and the last one is a specialized architecture interview centred around the company's current ongoing project. This session resembles a brainstorming discussion with the candidate to get their idea.
