The interview process at Bank Hapoalim, like most financial institutions, can vary depending on the role and level of the position being applied for. However, here is a general outline of what you can expect during the interview process at Bank Hapoalim: Application and Resume Review: The first step in the interview process is to submit your application and resume, which will be reviewed by the HR department or the hiring manager for the position. If your qualifications and experience match the requirements of the position, you will be invited for an interview. Phone Screening: The next step is usually a phone screening, where you will be interviewed by a HR representative or the hiring manager over the phone. This is an opportunity for the interviewer to ask basic questions about your experience and qualifications and get a better sense of your fit for the position. In-Person Interview: If you are successful in the phone screening, you will be invited for an in-person interview. This interview will be more in-depth and will typically include both behavioral and technical questions. The interviewer will ask questions about your experience, skills, and motivation, and assess how you would fit with the company culture. Technical Assessment: Depending on the role, you may also be required to take a technical assessment. This could include a written test, a presentation, or a hands-on exercise to assess your technical skills and knowledge

Interview
Very relaxing atmosphere during the interview. Had two meetings - first one with the head of the Israeli group that wanted me to tell about myself, previous career, why I want to leave current job, etc, second with HR.
