6 Competency interviews are standard for all Barclays Bank roles (B6 and above): Leadership/Management, Technical Knowledge, Personal & Interpersonal Skills, Control Environment, Commercial Effectiveness, Business Skills.

As an internal candidate, all qs were specific to current experience. However, the areas mentioned before are all gone into in detail (1 hour each) followed by a final CIDS interview (2-3+ hours)
