Pretty easy process. People were friendly, and they asked me a lot about my background. One of them went to the same college as I do so I had no difficulty in relating to them. I applied through a diversity program. This is different than the normal recruiting process.
final round AC: had 2 one on one interviews - first one was scary & more technical heavy (asked about risk stuff) but second one was really nice & more behavioural focused.

Was interesting. The first wave was behavioral questions (What best describes you and you pick 2 out of the three options. The second part of the first wave was technical almost brain teaser-like questions.

Interview
Received a couple of aptitude tests after applying via website, upon completion was given a pre-recorded video interview with questions like how I deal with pressure and conflicts. After a week received letter saying despite the good performance they are not taking any more people for the position.
