Interview
position is advertised through emails to all employees under Current job adverts. They specify qualifications required and the deadline of submitting application. you also have to fill in a Barclays Bank cv which entails departments worked and achievements in each department. once your application is accepted you are notified of interview date and venue. Interviews are conducted by at least two member panel, one from the department that requires additional staff and one from the Human resources department. These staff will make you comfortable before undergoing the interview, you will also be given a chance to ask any question at the end of the interview. You will also be notified of the date you expect the results of the interview. The whole process takes a period of one month.
