Second round - one associate offered a seemingly sweet and peaceful interview but end up no superday offer

First, you need to do the online application then followed by a video interview which is 12 questions. No response for a month then received their decision. The video interview is a new feature introduced this year. Focus on Barclay's values.Then the next stage will be assessment centre held in their office.
