I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
phone interview. Strength based 12 questions. Nothing too hard, to be honest.
assessment day. 2 interviews and trading game. Be prepared for the trading, find a previous analyst or something who has done it, and find out what the optimal strategy is, and stick to it, do not be confused, and it should be easy from then on.
Interviews were standard, but also with the people you will be working with, try and give off your hard working personality and things like that.

Interview
The person who interviewed me was really friendly and the process was very smooth. I was expecting competency questions or techniqal questions but actually received none. All questions were based on my CV so that was a bit out of my expectation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Was largely qualitative with some brain teasers. Know your markets and have a story about it. Also I would recommend having some stock oitches. It was an overall not so bad interview with a one on one interview then a super day.

Interview
one telephone interview with HR with all the fit questions: describe a time when you help others, what would you do if one of your friends does something unethical. Then I got an AC, which contain a trading game and 3-4 one-to-one interview. The one-to-one is half fit question and half technical question. The technical is not very hard and about the news.
