Interview
2 rounds, both are a combination of behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions are about OS and coding habits. Behavioral questions include a question about a case whether you can follow instructions.

Give me the case when you followed instructions finish something and what do you get from it.
Applied to the insight program and got fast tracked to AC. Started with application, Hackerrank followed by ACs, two back to back interviews that are one hour each, mostly competency questions. eg why Barclays why tech dev.
The Barclays technology developer interview was engaging, focusing on problem-solving, coding skills and teamwork. Questions covered algorithms, system design and behavioural aspects. It was challenging but a positive and insightful experience overall.
