Interview

Two rounds of interviews, first one on phone, second one on site; first one resume questions, behavioral, standard strength/weakness question. Second round on site 1 on 1 Interview with 4 people. Technical in depth questions about projects in my resume, personality fit, algorithms, brain teaser. Have to write some code. Questions depend on your experience

Interview process is comprehensive and generally there are around three rounds of interviews. First one being technical or related to the role applied for and next rounds are generally to evaluate soft skills and personal aptitude.

Three rounds with first two focused on tech expertise and complexity/scale of management experience; third with HR. All rounds happen over a period of one week, but may take longer for external candidates.

Interview

One basic phone screen followed by two on site interviews. The first one site interview had just one interviewer asking questions relevant to the role. The second one site interview had two interviewers (one after the other) the first of whom asked some business questions
