I was reffered to Barclays. I have worked there before in a very similair role and was a high performer. I was contacted by email to invite me to an interview after 3 weeks. Interview was conducted adequately. 2 individuals took turns asking questions. Simple competency based questions. I used STAR format for everything. The entire interview lasted just over 1 hour. Was told I performed amazingly and would be advised in a couple of days. Barclays removed all job posting the next week because of a group wide recruitment freeze. It has been 5 months since the interview. I have still yet to be given any contact to advised what happened!
