Interview
1) A phone interview, CV based
2) Assessment centre including lunch, a presentation on a case study, a panel interview, and a group discussion
The interviewers are very friendy. There was also a briefing session before the assessment.
Had to do a test with no time limit then, I've been invited to do a video interview with 3 stages, first was a quick judgement test with no time limit. Stage 2 was how to respond to emails, then stage 3 was about Barclays.

Interview
It was generally easy but I experienced some difficulty in the hirevue stage, as there were some curve ball questions. It was mainly competency and behavioral and just one or two technical questions. I think most people would find it to be easy.
