Math Test, and common customer service questions. Explained the routine of the store, what the responsibilities were, wanted to know hobbies, interests, other skills that could be useful to the job.
not so a hard interview. So, don't worry. If you have a passion. you can do it! nothing special. I went Baskin because I had a job interview that time. and I'm in! that's all

Soft skill interview, only one round, no additional requirements. Any sales experience was a plus, that also goes for degrees as well. But degrees here really aren't needed to get in.
