Bath College interview questions

Interviewers did not sound sincere, but using candidates to fulfill their procedure. During the interview, the interviews did not show that they read candidate cv thoroughly and didn't ask an question based on candidate's experience but mostly formal questions which made you feel distanced from them.

Awful interview. Interviewers very poor not organised and very arrogant and dismissive. The level of questioning is very poor standard and they have not a clue of what computer science is and yet they are leader of the department|
