      Seasonal Customer Care Associate Interview

      Nov 3, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BaubleBar in Nov 2025

      Interview

The interview felt awkward and disorganized. One person asked all the questions while the other just sat and observed. The questions themselves were pretty basic and didn’t really relate to the actual responsibilities of the role. For a position focused on chat, email, and social media, I expected more job specific or skills-based questions. Instead, it felt like they based their decisions mostly on personality and how you answered general questions, which doesn’t really show whether someone is qualified. Relying on personality over skills isn’t a reliable way to predict success in the role. Overall, the process seemed rushed and they expected the person to start that same week. Definitely not the most professional or thoughtful interview process I’ve experienced.
