Baxter & Woodman interview questions

I recently interviewed with the Baxter & Woodman Austin office, and felt a need to share my experience here. I was sincerely impressed by the local manager and corporate discipline leads for the role I applied for. It was clear they run a great team, treat their people well and are growing for a reason. I felt that my offer was competitive and the hiring team demonstrated significant consideration throughout the hiring process. While I ultimately decided to continue building on time at my current role, Baxter and Woodman stood out to me as a diamond in the rough in this field.
