Had an interview with the Branch Manager, Hiring Manager and the Branch Manager's... Manager? They asked me questions and introduced themselves. It felt like a casual meeting at a coffee shop. I could tell they mostly wanted to get to know me and see if I was a cultural fit for Bay Federal.

Had a phone interview, in-person next day, job offer within a few hours. Interview was with the key HR lady and three managers from different branches. Everyone was fun, friendly, and kind.
