I interviewed at BayCare Health System
It was a fairly straightforward HR phone interview. The recruiter was unable to answer the questions I asked of him, though. The interview felt rushed and like he was just checking a box on his end. He kept pressing why I wanted this position and said he felt I was overqualified.
- What is one thing you liked and one thing you disliked about your previous employer?

1st interview via phone call. The HR scheduled for 2nd interview which it was a hiring even. I was told to join it as my 2nd interview. The manager showed up with pencils and post-it notes. After explained the job and questions. Then she asked if I have my resume. I was like what? How did the manager go for my 2nd interview without my resume or she didn’t even know who was the candidate. At the end of conversation and questions, the manager asked me my resume or email my resume to her assistant. (That how I found out that I had been going the hiring event not my 2nd interview). I was super disappointed about their lack of management. I’m currently employed. So, I didn’t really expect to join any hiring event if the HR told me as the beginning. I felt it was a waste of time that I had been through. Job was simple. Basically, you will have to get medical assistance certificate to assist people applied for affordable care or insurance plan that patient eligible for. Benefits sound right. But it doesn’t matter for me, because I don’t apply for benefits if not I had accepted John Hopkins’ offer already. I applied BayCare because it’s close to my house. Anyway, they’re not professional in my opinion.

Extensive interview process. Be prepared to take drug screen, have your blood drawn and a long a wait time while doing this. Phone interview, in person interview, then an appointment to get the screening done and your photo taken for the badge.
- Positive interview to see how I would react if someone was upset or in need of immediate health care.

They called me for an interview just to tell me the position was already filled. Honestly was a complete waste of time. Also, their starting pay is low compared to Adventhealth
