Panel style interview with three or four employees from the academic advising suite. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Talked a bit about how my previous experience could translate to the position, and went through a few hypothetical scenarios to see how I might handle a sticky situation with a student or parent.

HR called to interview first, then was moved to a virtual interview before the in person interview. The process was very easy and the staff made scheduling an easy process.

Interview
The application is intensive and descriptive, and it took me about 30 minutes to complete. They ask for a completed application, resume, cover letter, and at least three references. The university also asks about your faith.
