Interviewed for the Sales Manager role. My experience in the music industry and as a working musician aligned perfectly with what they claimed to want. The interview went great—I left thinking this was a serious opportunity.
Fast forward… 3+ emails to the interviewer, 4–5 to HR. Crickets. Not a single response. Apparently, at Beatbread, ghosting qualified candidates is part of the “professional experience.”
