It was more of a casual chat. The focus was on what the placement would offer the interviewee. Most of the vetting process had been done before hand. Extremely speedy process.

The interviewer, aka the guy in the charge, talked about the company almost the entire time and I think the only thing he asked me was to tell him a little about myself before trying to sell me on the company.
You have an interview with the Editor over zoom, the entire role is remote, he tells you about the company history, then tells you about your role and the role is unpaid.
