The process was very well done the questions were technical but relevant and the role was explained in detail. There also an opportunity for me to ask questions about the role and company to ensure the role was what I expected.

HR and the team did not communicate and were far from aligned on the position, however the team hiring seemed good and were helpful when I was there.
They made an offer then retracted it shortly after stating they had lost a project.

Went well and questions you would expect. However they take very long to get back to you after you've had the interview. No word from even 3 weeks after I've had my second interview.
I don't think this is right and it illustrates a lacksy daisy attitude of the company to the future employee. How hard is it to keep the person informed. Let them know what you are doing further, let them know if you're checking references, let them know if they have been unsuccessful with the interview. A lot of candidates wait for the result of interviews before applying at other companies. This needs to be improved and the Beca Interview Process needs to be explained to the candidate. Do you not say you would get back to the candidate after a week and then remain silent for 3 weeks after.
