The Assessment Center took about a half day. There were only 2 tasks: a self-presentation and a self case-study including presentation. The tasks were not difficult and we were 4 candidates totally. Although I think that I did a good job, unfortunately, I did not get the offer. The reason they gave to me was that they did not really get to know me. They chose 2 candidates who they "KNOW". One candidate's sister is working for the company. The other candidate who is doing Duales Studium with this company and has been working there for 3 years (although the company requires clearly a Master degree in the job description). The whole process looked well organized and the people were friendly. However, from my experience, the recruitment was unfair. They seemed already know who they will choose before the assessment center. The participation was absolutely wasting time.
