Bell Partners Inc. interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter. Had follow up conversation with recruiter. They were primarily concerned that I was over qualified. I self selected out of proceeding based on conversations I had with the recruiter.

I had a screen interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and asked standard questions. The Recruitor told me she would get back to me in about 3 days, but I never heard back. She asked me for my salary range, which I shared; I then asked her what the company’s range was, and she said she didn’t know. I’ve interviewed with other recruiters who “didn’t know.” It’s just unprofessional to not answer that question. It shows the Recruitor is either unprepared for the interview, or trying to withhold that information from you. I believe they are still hiring for this position.
