Bemis Associates interview questions

Initial phone screening. I was messaged by a Bemis recruiting associate. The associate asked if I were available and interested in a phone interview. We arranged a date and time to do so. We agreed my leadership style was significantly needed. She expressed the desire to move me forward to a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I accepted. She then brought up the requirement for Covid vaccinations.

Four interviews, including giving a presentation (because of the role). I had the opportunity to meet many of my future coworkers across multiple functions. I appreciated the thoroughness if the process, although it was six months from submitting my application to getting hired.
