      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bench Accounting (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then got invited in to interview with the recruiter and Sales Lead. Moved on to final stage to interview with VP of Sales then was asked to hang out with the Sales team members to test "cultural fit". A week later I was informed by HR that they decided to go with another candidate they liked better. There was no particular feedback for my interview.

      Anonymous Interview Candidate

      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bench Accounting (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Applied on Line. Received a call within a week to set up a 15 min interview. Had the 15 min interview over the phone and was invited to a face to face within a week. In the face to face meeting, I met with the HR rep and the Team Lead for inside sales. After another week I received a call telling me that I would not be moving to the next meeting. I asked for feedback and they said there was no particular negative issue with me but that they had a large pool and other candidates who seemed to present themselves as having a closer fit to the "Bench tone".
