Had an initial telephone interview with an internal recruiter, informing me about the job specification and to see if I was still interested. This was followed by a zoom interview with two senior employees.
Assessment centre was okay with a couple of tasks focusing on team working and later questions regarding personal skills such as why you are interested in the role and examples of how you’ve applied your skills.
