They ask puzzles and data structures based questions.
Initial round for kinda easy. Mainly some basic puzzles. Then they had 2 technical rounds. And 1 HR round. But the HR round they dint conduct to all the people since the time was not sufficient. Hence they randomly sent other people home without conducting the interview which was kinda rude.

The level of disorganization and disregard for the applicants is staggering. I've applied online and was contacted by BETSOL HR personnel via email to schedule a phone interview. My email reply went unanswered for a week. After I've followed up, I was told to pick a date for a phone screen. We've settled on a date for a next week. The day came and went, and the recruiter never called or emailed. So, I got stood up twice. Needless to say I will not continue with my application. I can only imagine how they treat their employees. Stay away from this company for your own sake.
