Began with a self recorded interview video, with a phone call as the next step, and then an exam, which was extremely difficult. It included both math and a portion that required you to write how you would respond to a client, all in a timed manner.

interviews were conducted via zoom calls. They were 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. The process was coordinated and smooth. The manager was friendly. Standard questions with no specific tests or additional items were noted.
