Arranged a first interview and was excited to move to next step. Was given a very high level performance assessment to complete on my own time and submit for evaluation. Interviewer promised to respond with a decision to move ahead with next step of actually presenting the slide deck I designed. After many hours of research and work, I sent in the product and waited...and waited...and waited. After 4 follow up emails without any response, I reapplied to the still open position in desperate attempt to get a response. Finally after two months, I got a standard rejection with no explanation. For a company that is supposedly about integrity and respect, this was a horrible way to treat a senior applicant with 30 years of experience and a PhD. Shame on BetterUp. I suggest your recruiters get some of the coaching you are hawking!
