I have never been treated so poorly in a job interview (and I have had a few). The HR screening was great but the hiring manager was completely disengaged during our interview. She joined the call a little late, barely made any question or paid attention to what I was saying. I got the feeling they had already filled the role when they interviewed me, but since my name indicates I am clearly a minority, I am sure they reached out to me only to check off the box of "diversity" in their pipeline. They advertise their culture as being one of the best and supposedly focusing on "growth" and reaching your full potential, but I got none of that on the interview. I also reached out to ask for feedback as to what disqualified me for the role and they never responded (even to say that they found a candidate with more experience, which is what companies randomly reply to these emails).

I had a quick interview with recruiter for a position that was already down to three final candidates. Needless to say I did not go further in the interview process.
