Interview
The interview process consisted of a HR call for phone screening followed by a 1 hour live hackerrank interview with the Director of Engineering. The recruiter was very disinterested in the whole process and was sitting with just a stern face. I think as a part of a company that provides coaching for mental wellness , employees themselves should be a little friendly with the candidates. I was able to answer all the questions asked but I was aware that the interviewer seemed dissatisfied with whatever I was speaking through his facial expressions.

Interview
Extremely long interview process. Took about 2 months. 1. HR Round 2. Coding Round 3. Onsite with 5 (45 minute rounds). This includes, Dev Ops System design with ML, another Coding round, chat with VP of Engineer, Product Manager round and Hiring Manager round. Very confusing. Interview questions did not relate in any way to the job description or the job duties. Looked like random people were interviewing as people were OOO.
