Telephonic then official interview, took 1 week in whole process. Telephonic round by HR department, then again by hr department, then they called me to the office, filled their form, answered their questions, then met hr person and then main my boss came and interview started. Hr asked irrelevant questions and then my boss asked questions related to field and finally negotiation and got offer from them and joined the,.

No clarity on job - candidate fit. They will call a Recruitment Specialist first for a Recruitment role. That's justified enough. They will shortlist you as well. Then they will call you for final round and ask you all the questions of an HR generalist role which most of the recruiters will not be able to answer that efficiently & ultimately they will tell you the role has changed and they think you dont have the IQ.
