    very laid back. Its ok if you don't have any experience, they do a great job in training and explaining things. Just be friendly, honest, and show your cycling passion and you will do just fine. The front range is one of the greatest places for cycling and take advantage of that!

They wanted to know about how I handled situations in my previous work experience and why I was interested in the job. Wanted to see a resume.
