Interview

I passed the first technical interview and proceeded to the second round.
The second round was with the infrastructure team. His English was not good, so I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times.
I answered 17 out of 20 questions perfectly and only about two partially correctly, but I was rejected with reason that my Android coding was weak (LOL).

Interview
The first interview was conducted by an engineer who obviously was not interested in hiring or improving the project. After the interview, I felt upset and was not sure if I want to join the company.
The next round and round with a manager were with folks based in Singapore who had a pretty bad level in English and I had to ask a few times again and again to repeat some words and questions.
