BioRender Science Communication Associate interview questions

For the science communications associate role, the interview process was very long and had many steps, which included the HR phone screening interview, Hiring Manager Interview, Technical Skills Interview, and Interview with Leadership

The interview process and Biorender is completely unfair to candidates. There is no reason for any company to have a six-stage interview process for entry level positions. They do not value your time, and like others have mentioned, their interviews feel more interrogative than productive. I made it very close to final stages just to be told I didn’t have enough experience, but the questions they asked me did not allow me to highlight my experience. I wasted so many hours preparing for the interviews so I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Also, I’m pretty sure that most of the glassdoor reviews are fake, given that the language used in all of them is suspiciously similar.
