The interview process and Biorender is completely unfair to candidates. There is no reason for any company to have a six-stage interview process for entry level positions. They do not value your time, and like others have mentioned, their interviews feel more interrogative than productive. I made it very close to final stages just to be told I didn’t have enough experience, but the questions they asked me did not allow me to highlight my experience. I wasted so many hours preparing for the interviews so I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Also, I’m pretty sure that most of the glassdoor reviews are fake, given that the language used in all of them is suspiciously similar.
