Applied online, got the invitation quickly. It was one of the worst experiences in my life - I have never had such a humiliating interview. Apparently, they had lots of candidates, as interviewers seemed to be very tired from all the talking - there was a head of the department and two other employees. They didn't actually listen to what I was saying, just giggling because of my accent (I am not a native speaker) and taking notes. Which was weird as 1. all universities I have worked for so far were very welcoming for people from any "language" backgrounds and 2. the head of the department had a pretty strong accent herself. The only difference between me and her was my skin colour. After I left I felt so bad about myself. I will never apply for a job here again. They still didn't contact me to officially tell me that I failed, even though its been weeks since the interview.
