3 rounds of interview. Scenario based and situational. I like the interview process and very interesting. The interviewers are quite strong on the engineering side. The team looks ambitious and have lot of projects in place.

The interviews themselves were ok, although I felt some questions were not too relevant to the job I was applying for. Most unprofessional was what happened after the interview when one of my colleagues at my current company mentioned that he heard I was interviewing with them. Confidentiality clearly wasn't respected by the bitmex team so proceed with caution.
