BitMEX interview questions

A recruiter for this company reached out to me, I did not apply for this role. They had an extremely lengthy and disorganized interview process, with a ridiculous take-home assessment done through HackTheBox. The recruiter had very little understanding of the role and what it would entail, and were terribly inefficient with scheduling interviews. There is no formal interview process, and they switched the role's responsibilities halfway through the process. Had 3 interviews, and a take-home. Was told other candidates were more impressive, yet was complimented greatly during the manager interview and even offered rather simple suggestions to real issues they were facing on the SOC side which was met with "I didn't think of that" by the manager. I would not waste your time with this company.
