Initially, the process was smooth. The first contact was a little video call with the recruiters. They talked me about the process and how they handle each stage of it. after that they sent to me a challenge via email. The challenge was quite easy to resolve. Once they reviewed the my challenge, I received an email with an invitation to a live interview. Until this point everything was ok( communication, information, etc). The live interview, in my opinion was good. I had an hour and a half to finish a little challenge related with http requests which I finished in 40min. After a few day the sent me a message telling me that after reviewing my application they decided to stop the process. That actually surprised me as at that point a was very confident with the results, anyways, they didn’t send feedback or something similar. I am not sure if it is mandatory to send feedback to the candidates or not, but It would be great to know what you did wrong, in that way you can work on it.
