Very casual interview. Tour of the office and a bit of an overview of the role requirements and company culture. Basic questions, some simple role playing, and then some funny personality-type questions to determine culture fit.

Interview
Like many start up companies in SF, the main focus of my interview was both a culture fit as well as my desire to be in sales. It's an entry level position, so there was not a lot of past experience needed, though they were very honest and helpful throughout.
