      Application

I interviewed at Bjak (London, England)

      Interview

Applied online. Invited for interview at early hours of morning due to time difference - had to flag a more suitable time for everyone across timezones, 8am was chosen. Interview was 45 mins topline based on experience with HR team. Then invited to an extensive task, which had to be completed in 3 days, but no opportunity to present the work. Task was time consuming, and required alot of late nights to complete it. Task: "Brand System (4–6 slides) ○ Target audience, brand personality, differentiators ○ Tone of voice ○ Colour palette, typography, graphics, iconography, imagery ○ Optional: example applications (social, homepage, OOH) 2. Campaign Concept (5 slides) ○ Big Idea / core message ○ Moodboard: colours, layout, imagery, typography, motion cues ○ Example outputs: social ad, storyboard frame, OOH, carousel ○ Format : Total slides: 7–12 recommended" Was told was not suitable as the task was not completed with clarity. Feedback did not seem to align with my response which involved a whole new brand world and campaign toolkit executed across a breadth of touch points. Role seems to continue to be promoted on Linkedin months later.
