Very thorough. It consistent of several prelim phone screenings with the hiring manager, along with the department's manager. Following that, I was invited on-site for a group panel interview where I was prompted to give a case study presentation.

How do you forecast projects with greater accuracy?
Applied and got contacted the next day. Had a 1:1 with hiring manager and decided not a fit. They were very nice and clear with the process. Ultimately they moved ahead with other interviewees further in the process.
